This class has it all, accessible for all levels. You will experience yoga, strength training, and high intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT is a great addition to your yoga practice because it allows your heart rate to increase and decrease at specific intervals, allowing you to create cardiovascular endurance. This class has low impact options provided for each exercise and is a great introduction to the HIIT + yoga format.
