These days we are all feeling quite a bit of brain fog and fatigue whether it be due to long zoom meetings, staying vigilant about pandemic safety, or simply navigating the uncertainty of the world we currently live in. Streamlining your morning routine can be one way we can extend our brain energy throughout the day and combat feelings of burnout and fatigue. Making solid routines and minimizing decision making where you can (like laying out your clothes for the next day the night before) can help you save some of that precious brain energy for later in the day.
