Caroline with BLND health dives into the idea of 'parts work' which explains that we are multifaceted with many different aspects of us. In times of harmony, we can feel whole, but during harder times, it can feel like certain parts of us get out of control. Caroline discusses this framework and how it can open space to welcome the more critical parts of yourself with compassion.
Caroline Hatfield, LLMSW, is passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma, suffer from anxiety or depression, and experience disordered eating or body dissatisfaction. She is also committed to helping partners find fulfilling relationships through couples therapy, as well as weaving in expressive arts therapies into her sessions. She believes therapy should be collaborative and creative, and that healing is possible for each and every person.
