Restorative classes aim to support the body in releasing tension through long holds of grounded postures, props, meditation, and breathwork (pranayama). This gentle and calming practice is ideal for the evening hours as you prepare the body and mind for deep rest.

Give your body the time to wind down after a long day with this simple yin sequence at the wall. You’ll be guided through longer holding postures to relax and release for the best night’s rest. A blanket, pillow, and mat are recommended for this class, but not essential.

Beth provides a space for deep yogic sleep in this sweet guided yoga nidra. Beth gives the opportunity for you to fully relax your body and mind. You'll need comfortable clothes, a blanket, and perhaps a bolster or pillow.
If you need a short, relaxing practice, this 30 minute class is perfect for you. Enjoy slow, gentle movement focused on breath with a few twists mixed into restorative yoga building to a supportive pigeon pose. You'll need two blocks and a strap is optional
