I’m honored to be the “grandmother’ of most yoga teachers in the metro area. A practitioner for over 42 years and a teacher for 39 years. Influenced by: Anusara, Ashtanga, Power, Yin, Basic Hatha, Iyengar, Bikram (yes, really!), Callanetics (butt shaping isometric exercises for improved posture) Inferno Hot Pilates, and most recently Foundation Training. My Philosophy? You have/are everything you need. You need everything you have. Through this practice we reawaken the brilliance inside us all, feed it, nourish it, and allow it to grow and be shared. What else is there? Personally, I also cycle and walk…. And get some sunshine every day. I have (almost) boundless energy, and at 69, feel as though I haven’t “peaked” yet!!!
