Caitie Fey

Caitie started practicing yoga as a way to reduce stress and anxiety while she was working as a high school teacher. She quickly fell in love with the practice because it allowed her to cultivate a deeper, more meaningful connection to herself and to the world. She also works as a high school counselor and therapist and shares yoga and mindfulness practices in those settings. Caitie’s classes are grounded and mindful; she encourages students to use their practice as a tool to grow the happiness in their lives!
